Leonard J. Segal, 84, of St. Louis Park, Minn., died Saturday, Dec. 7, 1996, in St. Louis Park, Minn.

 

He was an accountant, controller, and treasurer of local corporations. He was past president of Emanuel Cohen Center Men's Club, a volunteer member of the Hennepin County Rescue Squad, a member of Euclid Masonic Lodge and Aad Shrine Temple of Duluth.

 

He is survived by his wife, Rose (Zacks); a son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Marvin and Stefanie; grandsons, Mark A. and Jonathan D.; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Katherine Liebo, Hariette and Harvey Katzovitz; many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.

 

Services: Today at 3 p.m. at Temple Israel, 24th St. and Emerson Avenue. Memorials preferred to the Segal Family Fund c/o Temple Israel. SHIVA 11062 Mountain Curve Road, Eden Prairie, this evening only.

Deceased Name: ROSE ZACHS SEGAL

Rose Zacks Segal, 83, of St. Louis Park, Minn., formerly of Duluth, died Friday, March 14, 1997, in Sholom Home West, in St. Louis Park.

 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard J., in December 1996.

 

She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Marvin and Stefanie; two grandsons; and sisters, Katherine Liebo and Harriette Katzovitz.

 

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Sunday at Temple Israel, Minneapolis.

 

Arrangements are by Hodroff and Sons Funeral Chapel, Minneapolis.
